š¬ Devotional Title: āStanding Strong with Jesusā
Scripture Focus: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:21 “Love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!” Matthew 5:44
Opening Thought: Bullying hurts. Whether itās teasing, exclusion, or mean words, it can make you feel small and alone. But God sees you. He knows your pain, and He promises to walk with you through it.
Devotional Message: Jesus was bullied too, mocked, rejected, even hurt by others. But He didnāt fight back with anger. He responded with love, truth, and courage. That same strength lives in you.
When someone says something mean, you donāt have to believe it. You are Godās child, chosen, loved, and strong. You can stand tall, not because of what others say, but because of who God says you are.
Reflection Questions:
- How does it feel to know Jesus understands your pain?
- What can you do when someone bullies you?
- How can you show kindness without letting someone walk all over you?
Prayer: āDear Jesus, thank You for loving me and standing with me. Help me to be brave when others are mean. Fill my heart with Your love so I can respond with kindness and truth. Remind me that Iām never alone. Amen.ā
Challenge of the Week: Write down one truth about who you are in Christ (like āI am lovedā or āI am strongā) and keep it in your backpack or locker. When someone tries to tear you down, read it and remember who you really are.
