At Christmas, we see so many presents under the tree! We love wrapping paper, bows, and the excitement of opening gifts. But did you know the very first Christmas gift didn’t come in a box or with ribbons?
The best gift ever came as a tiny baby—Jesus!
When Jesus was born in Bethlehem, God was giving us a gift of love that would last forever. Jesus came to show us what God is like, to teach us how to love others, and to save us from sin so we can live with Him forever.
Even though He was born in a humble stable, surrounded by animals, His birth changed the whole world. The angels sang, the shepherds rejoiced, and wise men traveled far to worship Him.
Every time we see a Christmas light or sing a carol, we can remember that Jesus is the Light of the World and that His love shines brighter than anything else.
