Ingredients: (watch out for allergies!)
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line a pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. - Melt peanut butter and honey:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and honey together for about 30–45 seconds. Stir until smooth. - Mix it up:
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal in a large bowl. Stir until the cereal is well coated. - Press into the pan:
Press the cereal mixture firmly into the lined pan using a spatula or clean hands. - Add chocolate:
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (about 30 seconds, stirring halfway). Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bars. - Chill:
Put the pan in the fridge for about 1 hour, or until the bars are firm. - Slice and enjoy!
Cut into squares and serve.
Optional:
Add sprinkles on top before chilling to make it extra colorful and kid-friendly! 🌈🍫
