Ingredients: (watch out for allergies!)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (any flavor you like)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
- Line a tray:
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix the yogurt:
Stir the honey into the yogurt if you want it sweeter. - Make little bites:
Drop spoonfuls of yogurt onto the baking sheet. (Each one should be about the size of a quarter.) - Top with berries:
Gently press a berry or two into each yogurt dollop. - Freeze:
Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours, until the bites are completely frozen. - Snack time!
Peel them off the paper and enjoy right away! Keep extras in a container in the freezer.
Fun twist:
You can also mix the berries into the yogurt first and then drop spoonfuls onto the tray — it makes “berry surprise” bites! 🍓❄️
